Your order will be processed and shipped within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays) of receiving your confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification when it’s on its way!

Shipping rates

Shipping rates are a flat 6.99 for every order value below $100, with free shipping offered to all customers who place an online order over $100 in value!

When will my order arrive?

We want you to receive your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. We offer 5-day express shipping at a flat rate of $6.99

Where do we ship?

Groomswell products are shipped to all Canadian and United States addresses, including Alaska and Hawaii. Unfortunately, we do not deliver outside these borders at this time but that could change in the future!

How do I check my order status?

After your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email notification from us which includes a tracking number. You can use this to check its status of it! The time frame for receiving the information will vary depending on where in transit they are, but generally, 5 days is enough room before checking up with us at woof@groomswellsalon.com.
