Returns & Exchanges

Our return policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition in which you received it.

We want you to be happy with your purchase, so we accept returns within 30 days of receipt. You’ll get store credit instead if it’s been more than 31-60 days since receiving the shipment.

We issue refunds to the original form of payment which is processed within 5 business days of receipt of returned merchandise. You will be refunded the purchase amount and any applicable sales tax.

Customers are responsible for paying return and exchange shipping costs unless we sent an incorrect or damaged item, in which case we will provide a complimentary return label.

Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges, but you can return any new unused item for a refund and place an order for a new item that you want instead.
