Tips for your visit
- Make sure your dog’s immunizations are up to date, providing a shot record or vet’s contact info in advance of your visit.
- Arrive on time for your appointment and pick your dog up promptly upon completion.
- Please walk your dog before arriving, allowing her/him to potty before services.
- Be honest about any medical or behavioral issues your dog may have so we can take measures to ensure a positive experience. Does your dog despise the velocity dryer? Does she/he flip getting its nails done? Has she/he had any recent surgeries or health issues?
- Bring a photo of the cut you’d like to achieve!
- As much as we love a great audience, we ask you to kindly refrain from hovering during grooming. Dogs become more anxious when they see you, which makes it difficult for our stylists to achieve the results we all want!
